A Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Josh, and I’ve been passionate about fitness for over 10 years. My journey into personal training began 20 years ago as a client myself. Back then, I was unathletic, out of shape, and struggled with confidence. But with the guidance of my own personal trainer, I was able to transform my body and mind—gaining 18 pounds of muscle in just 9 months. That experience changed my life and sparked my desire to help others do the same.

As a personal trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from teenagers to individuals working to lose weight, competitive athletes pushing for their next goal, and older adults with limited mobility. What drives me is seeing people achieve their goals, whether it's gaining muscle, losing weight, or simply feeling more confident and comfortable in their own skin.

I believe in a laid-back, motivational approach to training. I’m not about extreme regimens or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I focus on truly understanding each client's needs and creating a customized plan that aligns with their goals. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I’m here to guide you with the support, encouragement, and tools you need to succeed.
